What makes the coconut machine special?
The Fresh Aura coconut machine is Singapore's very first fully automated coconut juice vending machine. It delivers fresh coconut juice in the smartest, most hygienic way without the inconvenience of carrying heavy coconut shells from place to place. Just tap, pay and enjoy pure tropical freshness in seconds.
When and where will the coconut machine launch?
The coconut juice machine is launching on 1st August 2026 at three locations — Tekka Place (Serangoon Road), iMall (Marine Parade Central) and Singapore Expo Hall 3 (Location 3A). Follow us on Instagram, Facebook and TikTok for updates and exact launch details!
Is the coconut juice 100% fresh with no additives?
Yes. Just like all our other products, the coconut juice is 100% fresh with no preservatives, no added sugar and no water. It is dispensed fresh at the point of purchase, so you always get the purest coconut juice possible.

Are the juices really 100% fresh with no additives?
Yes, absolutely. Every juice dispensed by Fresh Aura machines is made from 100% fresh produce with no preservatives, no added sugar and no water. Our machines squeeze or press the juice fresh each time you make a purchase and what you get is pure, natural goodness.
What products are currently available?
We currently offer Fresh Orange Juice and Fresh Apple Juice through our vending machines across Singapore. From August 2026, we will also be launching Singapore's first fully automated Fresh Coconut Juice machine. A Fresh Yogurt machine is also coming soon, designed specifically for healthcare workers and students.
Are Fresh Aura machines safe and licensed?
Yes. All Fresh Aura machines are licensed by the Singapore Food Agency (SFA License: SE25R21B000) and are maintained to the highest hygiene and food safety standards. Your health and safety is our top priority.
How fresh is the juice exactly?
Every juice is made fresh at the point of dispensing. Our machines use fresh produce that is regularly restocked and stored at the correct temperature to ensure maximum freshness and quality every single time.
- Payments & Pricing
What payment methods are accepted?
All Fresh Aura machines accept both cash and cashless payments. For cash, you can use $2 and $5 notes. For cashless, we accept Visa, Mastercard, PayNow and other major QR code payment methods, simply tap your card or scan with your banking app to pay.
Can I get a refund if the machine has an issue?
If you experience any issue with a machine, please contact us immediately at support@freshaurasg.com or via WhatsApp with the location, date and time of the incident. We will review and resolve all valid complaints as promptly as possible.

Where can I find a Fresh Aura machine?
Fresh Aura machines are currently located at The Jovell (Flora Drive), Kinex Mall (Tanjong Katong), FairPrice Finest (Marine Parade), Singapore Expo Hall 3, and Sceneca Square Mall (Tanah Merah). Visit our Machine Locations page to see the full map and details of all current locations.
When are the machines available?
Our machines are available during the operating hours of each host location such as the mall or building they are placed in. Operating hours vary by location, so we recommend checking with the specific location before visiting.
How can I suggest a location for a machine?

How do I partner with Fresh Aura to host a machine?

How do I report a machine that is not working?
Please contact us immediately at support@freshaurasg.com or via WhatsApp. Let us know the machine location, the issue you experienced and the date and time. Our team will respond and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
